From db1c4b125fbabdbcd27a2c9ec543c97e982cc5e5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: ameerj <52414509+ameerj@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Mon, 13 Sep 2021 23:07:27 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] vulkan_debug_callback: Ignore InvalidCommandBuffer-VkDescriptorSet errors This validation error is spammed on some titles, asserting that VkDescriptorSet 0x0[] was destroyed. This is likely a validation layer bug when using VK_KHR_push_descriptor, which can avoid using traditional VkDescriptorSet. It should be safe to ignore for now. --- src/video_core/vulkan_common/vulkan_debug_callback.cpp | 1 + 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+) diff --git a/src/video_core/vulkan_common/vulkan_debug_callback.cpp b/src/video_core/vulkan_common/vulkan_debug_callback.cpp index 0f60765bb..cf94e1d39 100644 --- a/src/video_core/vulkan_common/vulkan_debug_callback.cpp +++ b/src/video_core/vulkan_common/vulkan_debug_callback.cpp @@ -16,6 +16,7 @@ VkBool32 Callback(VkDebugUtilsMessageSeverityFlagBitsEXT severity, switch (static_cast(data->messageIdNumber)) { case 0x682a878au: // VUID-vkCmdBindVertexBuffers2EXT-pBuffers-parameter case 0x99fb7dfdu: // UNASSIGNED-RequiredParameter (vkCmdBindVertexBuffers2EXT pBuffers[0]) + case 0xe8616bf2u: // Bound VkDescriptorSet 0x0[] was destroyed.
